BACKGROUND Betsy has been writing copy for creative audiences for 20+ years—first as an in-house copywriter for HOW, Print and I.D. magazines, and now as an independent copywriter and consultant. A Mississippi native, Betsy graduated from the University of Mississippi with a B.S. in Journalism & Advertising, and is a few hours shy of a certificate in graphic design. She loves design in all its forms and is an avid gardener, beach traveler and magazine junkie.
